By creating an account or using IT Helpdesk AI Assistant ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use this service.

3. Description of Service

The app provides AI-powered practice tools including:

AI-assisted IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting
IT helpdesk simulation for troubleshooting practice

The service uses OpenAI's APIs to generate responses, transcribe speech, and produce audio output.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

            Important: All responses from the app are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT).
            The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information.
        

Interview responses and feedback are for practice purposes only and do not represent actual hiring decisions or professional evaluations.
AI-generated scores and assessments are approximations and may not accurately reflect your abilities.
Language corrections may not always be accurate. The app is a practice tool, not a certified language instructor.
Helpdesk responses should not be treated as authoritative IT advice. Always verify critical actions with your actual IT department.
General chat responses should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
All AI-generated responses are marked with an indicator to distinguish them from human-written content.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the app, you agree to:

Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Not attempt to circumvent security measures, inject malicious prompts, or manipulate the AI
Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content via voice or text
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
Not share your account credentials with others
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide accurate information during registration

6. Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
You can export your data in machine-readable format (JSON) at any time.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Using this app does not guarantee resolution of actual IT issues or any other real-world outcome. The app is a supplementary support tool.

8. Content Moderation

We use automated content moderation to detect and filter harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content. Users who repeatedly violate content policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Rate limiting is enforced to ensure fair usage for all users.

9. Intellectual Property

The app's design, code, and system prompts are our intellectual property.
AI-generated responses during your session are provided for your personal use.
You retain rights to any original content you provide via voice or text input.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, including cross-border data transfers and your GDPR rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
